- Engaging Candidates: Reaching out to qualified candidates to gauge their interest in the opportunity and discuss the details of the job position, company culture, and compensation package.
- Presenting Candidates: Presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates to the business, along with our recommendations and insights gathered during the recruitment process.
- Facilitating Interviews: Coordinating interviews between the business and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
Our Price
Our fee structure operates on a contingency basis, where we charge the hiring company a one-time fee of only $2000 HKD. This fee is only payable upon the successful hire of a candidate sourced through our recruitment services. Our contingency fee reflects the value we provide in identifying and securing top talent for our clients, aligning our interests with theirs and ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
